Outsourced building safety compliance

The Building Safety Act cannot lift the legal duty from the Accountable Person - but it does not say you have to do the work yourself. CTS acts as your outsourced building safety team: we register your higher-risk buildings with the Building Safety Regulator, build and maintain the golden thread and Key Building Information, prepare and keep your safety case report current, run mandatory occurrence reporting and your resident engagement strategy, and schedule and track the full statutory inspection regime - all held and evidenced on the CTS BuildSafe platform. You remain the Accountable Person and keep full control and visibility; we do the day-to-day legwork and make sure it is defensible when the Regulator asks. It is the practical answer for freeholders, managing agents, RMC and RTM directors and registered providers who need the duty met without building an in-house building safety function.
