Salford Quays and MediaCity, together with regeneration at Greengate and Chapel Street, have made Salford one of the fastest-growing high-rise areas in the North West.
The local authority in Salford is Salford City Council. For higher-risk buildings, the Building Safety Regulator is the building control authority and holds the register of occupied HRBs - not Salford City Council.
The remediation picture
